Customer Service / Concierge Manager

Location: Nairobi

Minimum requirements:

  • Sales management experience from the travel industry
  • Experience in managing Customer Service teams
  • Experience from handling international tourists
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience a requirement. Candidates who do not qualify on this point, will not be considered.

You have excelled in Customer Service, and helped others excel too. You are an accomplished team leader who thrives in inspiring and motivating your team members.


In addition to Customer Service, you also have an outstanding track record in sales and sales management, having successfully helped teams of salespeople deliver, and exceed their targets.


You are passionate about the travel and hospitality industry. You are at ease in international settings, handling clients from all kinds of nationalities nationalities and origins.


If this describes you, then you are probably the person we are looking for. The successful applicant will take over a small, enthusiastic 24/7 customer service team, and introduce aggressive sales targets along with generally enhanced responsibilities for is members.
